During pregnancy, your body is undergoing amazing changes, and I design my classes to ease your common discomforts while also helping you connect with your growing baby. 
My sessions focus on safe, supportive movements that nurture your body, boost energy, and reduce stress—all essential for a calm, confident pregnancy.

After birth, the journey to recovery is both physical and emotional. My postnatal yoga classes are tailored to help new moms rebuild strength, improve posture, and find balance amid the challenges of caring for a newborn. I believe that even a few minutes of mindful movement can make a big difference in managing stress and restoring your energy.

Beyond the mat, I love sharing practical tips, personal stories, and gentle encouragement to help you feel supported every step of the way.
