My weight loss journey with Archana has been a very good experience. Consistency was very difficult for me. She makes sure that we stay on track and even if we deviate, she pulls us right back into the schedule as we have to share our meal plan and workout everyday with her. She keeps tabs on everything like starting from sleep to drinking water to our everyday diet. She also tweaks the plan a bit to include something we are craving for. The weekly chats have also been very motivating. The best is the variety of meal options and once you get a hang of it, is very easy to follow. You just have to follow her with discipline to achieve your fitness goals. Thank you so much for the wonderful guidance.
Archana is very good coach with knowledge in all domain of fitness. She is very punctual and respect timelines. She is caring and revert all queries on time. With her help I lost 7 kg in 3 months.
The journey of this 12 weeks with Archana ma'am was just incredible.During start of my journey I was sceptical about will it work or not.But as the day passed on I saw the tremendous changes in my complete body both internally and externally. My Thyroid level at begining of journey(1 September,24)was 8.6 which after 12 weeks came to 4.3(26 Nov,24. My weight came down to 63.5kg from 68kg in this incredible journey of 12 weeks. The girl(myself)who started feeling low due to low energy level and increase in weight is now more active and confident.This all happened because of Archana ma'am. The best thing about my journey with ma'am was that she never let me feel that she is just a coach but always guided me like my elder sister who sometimes become strict when task was not completed.. Archana is very professional, catered all the plans based on my goals ,she is encouraging and strict focused, she has a habit of daily follow up weather if you have adhered ....to the plan and she needs that to be updated to her daily with the work out and steps completed. She is great coach if one really is motivated to shredd out that extra weight. I, Did strictly follow the diet of quantified nutrition and strength training and lifting weights and of course 10k steps regularly...if only in my case I had not had my forearm injury during work out may be I would have lost some more kgs and ofcourse I am facing the menopausal hormonal challenges too. Thankfully ..I lost 4 kgs ...but I will continue to fight till I loose some more kgs till I achieve my target. Thanks for your support Archana Thank you Fittr.
