Anusuya has been an awesome coach. She helped me understand importance of healthy nutrition and balanced diet. She is super accommodating to my schedule and limitations and never suggested anything that was too far fetched for me. The workout that she planned for me are always exciting. I can feel my body getting toned and energetic. I have lost both weight and inches, but more than that I love the way I look now. My face glows and I feel great throughout the day. Anusuya works at my pace, which was important for me because of an unpredictable schedule. she has helped me follow a healthier lifestyle where the results became evident in a short period of time. my aim was to improve stamina and I learnt a balanced diet and the right kind of workout can help make bug leaps towards a better health. Always a priority after 40. 🙂
