I truly and heartly thankful to Amrita she is so nice personally and professionally this is my second time joining with Fitter app and I have chosen Amrita for the second time also becoz is so comfortable and very understanding coach to whom I can share my difficulties and health issues regarding my fitness she guided me consistently and encouraged me even when I was shown little bit lazyness she was calling regularly and asking for my updates without her guidance I couldn't reached my goal I have lost almost 4 KGS in 12 weeks its unbelievable in my present health condition she gave me flexible diet plans and workouts I felt very easy to maintain everything I am greatful to her for the support and making me very confident and comfortable I only recommend Amrita as a fitness coach 100% satisfied thank you.

Before working with Amrita, I was honestly very undisciplined when it came to my health. I’m a big foodie — the kind of person who would happily drive two hours just to try good food. Losing weight always felt difficult because I didn’t want to obsess over numbers; I wanted a sustainable lifestyle change. That’s where things really changed. Amrita has been an amazing coach — she truly guided me every step of the way. What I appreciated most was that she never forced a restrictive plan. Instead, she included the foods I love, which made it much easier to follow (even though I wasn’t perfect all the time). At the same time, she kept pushing me just enough to stay on track. I got my annual health check results today, and the difference is real. My HbA1c dropped from 5.7 to 5.3 — it had been above 5.5 for the past 4–5 years. All my other vitals are now in a healthy range. And the best part? I didn’t have to give up the foods I enjoy.
I had a great experience with the Fitter app, especially with the guidance of Amrita Bhatia. I was able to reduce my weight from 78.4 kg to 70.7 kg, which was a big achievement for me. Amrita was very motivating throughout my journey and always encouraged me to stay consistent. One thing I really liked was how she helped me replace foods with options that suited my personal preferences, making it much easier to follow the plan. The portion sizes were also kept minimal but effective, which helped me manage my diet without feeling overwhelmed.
