Amrendra nicely adapts the training sessions to my specific needs, ensuring I get the most out of every workout. His flexible schedule makes it easy to fit sessions into my busy life, and he always pushes me to my limits, helping me achieve more than I ever could on my own. It’s been 6 months since I started coaching , amarendra has been an amazing coach. He is patient to explain the right posture for the exercises and motivates you to push yourself harder.
