I’ve been 1:1 training with Amit for one and a half months with the intent of loosing weight. I’ve lost three kilos and a few inches off my waist and chest. He’s an incredibly friendly and supportive coach who goes above and beyond to help. He patiently motivates me and keeps me on track. He’s helped me build the habit of waking up early and working out regularly—something I never thought I’d enjoy, but now I do, thanks to his guidance.
