Joined the program with lot of Hesitance, thinking where it will really work or not. I had tried all to correct my body composition and weight but nothing seem to be working. I started working with Ajay sir from April 24 ….its been its been more than 7 months now and i can really feel the difference in my body ,my looks ,my stats …even the way i used to think about my diet …like he doesn’t prefer any crash diets which i thought would have helped me ..rather he preferred having full course meal with enough calories …n it really had turned me out ..i got good results with healthy lifestyle n now m used to it …I know the do’s n Don’ts for me being healthy in the long run …Ajay sir has been a great mentor throughout my journey n m thankful that i had been associated with him 👍
