Abhijit is a very sincere and dedicated coach. He teaches you how to modify your routine , doesn’t fuss about very heavy workout or cardio. Instead he stresses on the importance of daily accountability of calories, steps, sleep and workout. What distinguishes him is his regularity in follow up, keen attention to the clients needs and most importantly teaching how to keep a track on your weight on vacation
