Aarti is highly skilled Yoga trainer. I can any time recommend her for personalized approach in training for Yoga. She always comes up with a new technique according to my need ( if am not able to do somes asanas ). She designes yoga sessions according to the age and one’s physical strength. A lot of times she guided me as a good friend than just another yoga trainer. My daughter joins me some times and she loves her sesssion.

I have been doing Yoga under the guidance of Aarti for over a year now. This is the longest stint and continuing, that I have done with anyone, which was quite surprising for me too. It speaks about how much she was able to motivate me and help me continue the journey. The everyday session has helped me manage stress, control my breathing issues and improve flexibility.
