50g Soya Chunks (Mini ones recommended)
5g Oil/Ghee
Salt
Pepper
Heat a pan and add g Ghee/Oil
Add g raw mini Soya Chunks
Keeping the flame medium, roast the Soya Chunks in the pan for around minutes
Add Salt and Pepper to the pan and continue stirring for minutes/till the Soya turns brown in colour
Remove the roasted Soya Chunks from the pan and serve
