100gms grated Lauki

10gms Besan

5gms Butter

Method

Step 1

👩‍🍳 Method : 🥣 Mix grated tofu, lauki, besan, green chili, ginger-garlic, and salt in a bowl → make a thick batter. 🔥 Heat a non-stick pan and lightly brush with butter. 🥞 Spread a small portion of the batter on the pan → make mini pancakes. 🔄 Flip and cook both sides until golden brown. 🌿 Serve hot with fresh coriander-mint chutney. ✨ Pro tip: Add a pinch of ajwain or jeera for extra flavor!
