Method

Step 1

In a skillet/ wide non stick pan . Add oil . Add chopped onions, tomatoes , peppers, and spinach. . Cook nicely . Then make holes at places to fit the eggs . Add the eggs in the holes created and cover . Let them cook for - mins until done. . Garnish with coriander and cut like a cake piece. . Serve hot
