Soya granules/ mini chunks-50 g

Oil -3 g

Garlic-6-7 finally chopped

Chili flakes

Salt

Method

Step 1

Heat nonstick pan and brush oil

Step 2

Add chopped garlic and fry till golden brown and crispy

Step 3

Add chilli flakes and dry soya granules ( no need to soak them) Add salt and roast them nicely

Step 4

Done ! Crunchy and crispy soya is ready Enjoy as a snack or top it on any subzi / salad for the crunch
