Chicken breast 200 gms
Basmati rice 100 gms
onion 100 gms
Tomato 50
Mustard oil 20 ml
Ghee 5 ml
Salt as per taste
Black pepper corns 6 pcs
ginger garlic paste 10 gms
bay leaf 2 pcs
clove 4 pcs
cardamom 4 pcs
cinnamon 3 Inch stick
green chilli 3 pcs
coriander powder 2 gms
Indian garam masala 2 gms
Heat up the pan and put ml mustard oil
Add chicken , salt , black pepper , ginger garlic paste
keep aside chicken pieces once they are half done
Add bay leaf, Clove , cardamom, cinnamon & fry till you get the fragrance of spices
Add chopped onion and fry golden brown
Add chopped tomatoes and chilli and fry for minutes
Add salt , coriander , Garam masala & fry for minutes
Add rice & cook for minutes
Now add the half cooked chicken which is kept aside
Add water so that chicken & rice are just immersed
Add ghee now and boil for minutes
simmer the gas oven or whatever ever you are using & cover the pan with a lid till water evaporates & your food will be just ready to eat.
Remember water quantity is just to immerse all the ingredients
