200g curd (yogurt) 1 scoop whey protein 1 medium apple, diced 50g pomegranate seeds 2-3 almonds, 2-3 cashews, chopped

Instructions: . Mix the curd with the whey protein until smooth. . Add the diced apple, pomegranate seeds, and chopped nuts on top. . Refrigerate for about minutes if you prefer it chilled, and enjoy!
