Whole moong - 50 gms
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilli - 1
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Ghee - 5 gms
Soak moong for - hours or overnight.
Clean moong with water. Grind with ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, and salt. Add water for a thick consistency.
Heat a pan and grease it with ghee.
Add batter to the pan and make - mini dosas. Cook it in low flame on both sides.
Pesarattu is ready.
