Thick Poha - 50 grams

Milk- 200 ml

Banana-100 grams

Paneer-50 grams

Stevia/Sugar

Salt

Optional- Shredded fresh Coconut

Method

Step 1

Step-: Soak thick poha in warm water for minutes and drain the water. Lightly squeeze the poha and place in another bowl. Step-: Warm the milk and crumble the paneer. Step-: Add warm milk, banana, salt, stevia/sugar in the poha Step-: Lightly mash the mixture and serve Step-: Feel free to add shredded coconut, any other fruit of choice
