Ingredients

50g raw moong dal (soaked 4–5 hrs) Water (for grinding) Salt to taste 1/2 tsp oil (for cooking) for Tadka Boost Β½ tsp oil Rai (mustard seeds) Curry leaves Hing Green chilli Red chilli powder Garam masala

Method

Step 1

Step : Prep Soak moong dal β†’ grind into smooth batter with water. It should be in Wwater like consistency. Step : Cook Magic ✨ Heat pan + tsp oil Pour batter, keep stirring continuously It thickens into a glossy, khandvi-like gel texture Step : Set Once it starts leaving the pan β†’ switch off Spread evenly on greased plate Cool completely Step : Cut & Serve Cut into cubes / strips⁸ Eat soft OR pan-fry for crisp edges Toss in tadka for full flavour bomb πŸ”₯
