• 4 boiled egg whites • 5 ml oil • 1 small onion (chopped) • Capsicum (chopped) • Tomato (chopped) • Little crushed ginger-garlic • Salt as per taste • ½ packet Maggi masala
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Add onion, tomato & capsicum. Cook till the onions turn soft and translucent. Add ½ packet Maggi masala and mix well with the veggies. Add chopped egg whites and toss everything nicely. Add little salt if needed and cook for another minute.
