1. 1 scoop whey 2. 200 gms low fat curd 3. 100 gms mango

Method

Step 1

In a bowl add scoop whey; preferably mango, vanilla, kulfi flavoured. . Add curd and mango pulp. . Whisk them together with spoon and serve chilled. . Best post workout snack or after meal dessert for summertime. . Garnish with tutifuti if required.
