Onion (raw) โ 200 g Low-fat paneer โ 80 g, cubed Green peas (raw) โ 50 g Ghee โ 5 g (1 tsp) Milk (toned) โ 100 ml Cashew nuts โ 6 g (2 pieces) Kasuri methi โ 3 g (1 tbsp) Cinnamon โ 1 small piece Green cardamom โ 1 Black pepper โ 1 long Salt โ to taste Garam masala - 1 to 2 pinch Water โ as required
Heat ghee in a pan. Add cinnamon, cardamom, and peppercorns. Add onions and sautรฉ till soft and translucent. Blend sautรฉed onions with cashews, milk, and kasuri methi into a smooth paste. Transfer paste to a kadhai and cook on low flame. Add water gradually to achieve medium-thick consistency. Add green peas and simmer for โ minutes. Add paneer cubes and salt. Cook gently for โ minutes. Switch off flame once flavours come together. sprinkle garam masala and mixwell Serve hot with roti or rice
