Ingredients

Broccoli โ€“ 100g (blanched) Paneer โ€“ 30g (for gravy) Garlic โ€“ 10 cloves (5 for paste + 5 for sautรฉ) Mixed veggies โ€“ 200g (bell peppers + mushrooms) Butter / Oil โ€“ 5g butter OR 1 tsp oil Mixed herbs โ€“ 1 tsp Chilli flakes โ€“ ยฝโ€“1 tsp Salt โ€“ to taste Water โ€“ as needed

Method

Step 1

Blanch broccoli (โ€“ mins). Grind: broccoli + paneer + garlic cloves + herbs + chilli flakes. Heat butter/oil โ†’ sautรฉ chopped garlic. Add veggies โ†’ cook till slightly soft. Add green paste โ†’ mix well. Add salt, adjust spices & water. Simmer โ€“ mins โ†’ serve hot with rice
