Ingredients

β€’ Sweet potato (boiled) – 100g β€’ Whey protein – 1 scoop β€’ Egg – 1 β€’ Wheat flour – 15g β€’ Milk – 30ml β€’ Baking powder – ΒΌ tsp β€’ Duo Penotti hazelnut spread – 1 tbsp (for topping) β€’ Banana – 50g (for topping) You can swap the banana and spread with any fruit and spread of your choice.

Method

Step 1

Steps: . In a bowl, mash the boiled sweet potato. . Add egg, whey protein, wheat flour, milk, and baking powder. . Mix well until you get a smooth batter (adjust milk if needed). . Heat a non-stick pan and pour the batter. . Cook on low flame until golden on both sides. . Top it with Duo Penotti spread and banana slices (or your favorite toppings).
