75g Ripe Banana (Mashed)
1 large egg
75g oat flour
20g Chocolate protein powder
25g cocoa powder
60ml milk
42.5 g monk fruit sweetner ( i used allulose sweetner)
22.5 greek yogurt ( low fat)
3g vanilla extract
4g baking powder
a pinch of salt
Preheat oven or airfryer to °C (°F) and lightly grease or line a " baking dish.
In a large bowl, mash banana and whisk with eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
In a separate bowl, sift together oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
Combine wet and dry mixtures until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for - minutes at °C, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Let cool before slicing
