Oat flour โ€“ 70 g Organic India stevia powder โ€“ 0.5 g (adjust to taste) or you may use trunativ monkfruit sweetner Amul Whey Protein โ€“ Chocolate flavor โ€“ 25 g (1 pouch) or any you have 1 scoop (if you are using raw whey protine than add 20g cocoa powder) Baking powder โ€“ 2 g Salt โ€“ 1 g Cadbury Bournville 70% Dark Chocolate โ€“ 50 g Homemade Almond butter (unsweetened) โ€“ 100 g Low-fat milk (1.5% fat) โ€“ 80 g Vanilla extract โ€“ 2 g (optional but recommended

Method

Step 1

Preheat Oven: ยฐC ( ยฐF) for min or Cooker: Add โ€“. cups salt at bottom, preheat min on medium without whistle & gasket. . Wet mix Melt dark chocolate in microwave or double boiler. In a bowl, whisk almond butter, stevia, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in melted chocolate. . Dry mix In another bowl, combine oat flour, whey protein, baking powder, and salt. . Combine Gently fold dry ingredients into wet until just mixed. Donโ€™t overmix โ€” batter should be thick. . Bake Pour into ร— inch greased tin. Oven: Bake โ€“ min until edges are set and center slightly soft. Cooker: Place tin on stand inside cooker, bake on low flame โ€“ min. .
