Spinach & Veggies (Finely Chopped) โ€“ 1/2 cup (10 calories) Options: Spinach, methi, onion, carrot, zucchini, or bottle gourd. Spices: Salt, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, or carom seeds (Optional). Water for kneading dough. Total Calories for 1 Roti: ~200 calories
