Ingredients

200gm potatoes peeled and cut into cubes (weight is after peeling)

5 gm butter & 3 gm olive oil ( can use 1 cooking base but combination brings better taste)

salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Place potato cubes on a microwaveable plate keeping some distance between each cube. Microwave on high for mins. This process cooks potatoes -%

Step 2

Heat butter/oil in a non stick pan on low flame. Add potatoes and salt to taste.

Step 3

Keep flame LOW and fry till potatoes turn brown. Enjoy!
