Water as per consistency
) Put all the ingredients one by one in a blender jar with little water and blend.
) Now add water as per your desired consistency and blend once again .
) Transfer it to a serving glass. Your defatted soya chocolate lassi is ready.
) You can also add ice cubes in the blender to make chilled lassi.
Tips: ) You can grind soya chunks finely and sieve them instead of defatted soya flour. ) You can replace chocolate powder with chocolate flavoured whey to increase the protein content.
