Hung curd 150gm

High protein 100gm

Oats powder 20gm

Rice flour 15gm

Bread scrum 2 slices

Chopped veggies half bowl

Oil/ghee 5gm

Rest masale

Method

Step 1

Mix hung curd, paneer, oats powder, veggies, salt and masale

Step 2

Shape it in small ball form and dip it in rice slurry and then coat it with bread crumbs

Step 3

Place it in air fryer for to min (flip and apply oil at min) Or fry it ok non stick pan
