Spinach 100 GMs (washed and chopped)
Soya Chunk 30 GMs
Panner 100 GMs
Oil 5Gms
Onion - half chopped
Tamatar 1 chopped
Heat oil add jeera. . Add chopped onions, once done, add chopped tamatar . Add chopped spinach. Let it cook well. . Add boiled chole(chickpeas). . Add boiled soya chunks and Panner cubes. . Add salt and pepper as per taste and let it boil for min. Ready to eat.
