Chicken Shawarma - Marinate chicken with Indian spices, garlic paste (garlic cloves ground with water) , lemon and curd.. Grill on pan White sauce - yogurt, lemon, salt, pepper, garlic paste Take a romane lettuce, add marinated chicken, white sauce and hot sauce of your choice. Top it with some lemon juice and enjoy 😍
