Ingredients

Chicken breast raw -100 g

Zucchini-200g

Cheese cube -20 g

Milk -100 ml

Olive oil/ butter-5 g

Ginger garlic paste

Salt

All purpose seasoning/ pizza seasoning

Chilli flakes

Wheat flour/ rice flour/ corn flour-10 g

Method

Step 1

Clean and cut chicken breast in long strips, Marinate it with ginger garlic paste

Step 2

Clean and grate zucchini using a spiral or long shredder so that they resemble noodles

Step 3

Brush oil on a nonstick pan and add chicken pieces and add salt , sauté it till cooked

Step 4

Squeeze extra water from grated zucchini Brush oil on the pan and lightly sauté it for - minutes Do not overcook, it will become mushy Do not add salt before adding it to pan

Step 5

Remove zucchini and add milk in the same pan and let it boil Mix wheat flour with water and add this paste to boiling milk stirring constantly

Step 6

Add cooked chicken, zoodles to this white sauce Mix well , add salt , all purpose seasoning, chilli flakes , grated cheese cube Enjoy!
