2 slice of bread
2 slice of cheese
Veggies of choice
Tomato Ketchup
Lightly toast slice of bread on a non stick pan/ tava for - min on each side.
Remove from the pan and add some ketup , cheese slice and veggies of choice.
Put it back on a non stick pan again for min on low flame and cover with a lid / large plate in order to melt the cheese.
Serve on plate with added seasonings like oregano and chilli flakes.
