Bun 1 pc (50gms)
Jeera and mustard seeds : as per taste
Curry leaves : As per taste
Garlic sliced : as per taste
One green chilli finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Corriander leaves : chopped : 3 to 4 strands
Grated cheddar cheese : 20gms
Butter nut squash : grated : 50gms
Paneer : grated : 50gms
Oil:4gms
Onion chopped :75gms
Turmeric powder and chilli powder : As per taste
Steps : . Heat pan . Add oil . Add jeera,mustard seeds,garlic,green chilli fry well . Add onions and fry well till translucent . Add grated butternut squash and fry well . Add turmeric and chilli powder and saute well . Now slice the bun and add it to the masala . Saute well so that bun is coated well with masala . Once bun is soft and masala is coated well grate paneer on top and mix well . Serve hot and add few more grated paneer on top and cheese on top ( you can add cheese while cooking if you dont like it on top)
