500gms besan 9tsp ghee 9tsp milk 300gm deseeded dates
Soak dates in water for mins . Mix it in mixer and make a paste . Add oil to the pain and heat it. Then put the dates from the mixer and heat for .mins on low flame and add milk . Start adding besan now and mix it well on low flame till it forms thick paste .Put this in a square bowl and let it cool. Remove from bowl and then cut in pieces for serving
