Grilled fish(85gm), cheese (20 gm), eggs (4 whole), veggies (100 gm), Mayonnaise (15gm), butter (10 gm), olive oil (5gm)

Method

Step 1

Grill the fish with gm olive oilโ€ฆ Add salt,pepper, paprika, thyme, oregano and a clove of garlic to it while grilling it. Make whole egg poached with gm butter. Add salt and pepper to the eggs. Make a salad with gm veggies. Add gm mayonnaises to it. Serve them all together.
