Ingredients French beans- 50 gms Carrot 100 gms Cauliflower 1 floret Cabbage 50 gms Bread 2 slices Bread crumbs- Optional Ghee/Oil - 7 gms
Take all veggies and fine grind them. Now add salt, chilli flakes, and oregano. Crumble bread slices into the veggie mixture. Mix well and make round patties from the mixture. Optional - Coat both sides with breadcrumbs. You would be able to make around patties with the given quantity. Now either bake these or shallow fry with given oil/ghee on a tawa, until cooked nice and crisp. Enjoy with fav chutney or sauce Note- macros of veggies and sauce not counted.
