Ghee 5 grams
Wheat and zucchini noodles-50 grams
Bell pepper 1 1/2 (three colors slices)
Ginger and garlic chopped 1 tsp
Medium Onion 1/2(slices )
Szechuan sauce 1 tsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tsp
Spring onions 2 strands
Take a big cooking bowl and add some water, salt and boil it
When water boils add the noodles and let it cook for minutes
Mean while take a hot pan or wok and add the ghee and add the ginger, garlic, onion, bell pepper and salt and sauté it for few minutes
When noodles where done ‘al dente’ drain the water and run some cool water on to cooked noodles
Now in wok when the vegetables starts to soften add the sauces and sauté and add the cooked noodles and sauté it with a fork spoons until all the noodles grab the sauces
Now finish of the dish by adding some chopped spring onions
And your noodles are ready to eat enjoy the taste 😊
