Ingredients

Ghee 5 grams

Wheat and zucchini noodles-50 grams

Bell pepper 1 1/2 (three colors slices)

Ginger and garlic chopped 1 tsp

Medium Onion 1/2(slices )

Szechuan sauce 1 tsp

Chili garlic sauce 1 tsp

Spring onions 2 strands

Method

Step 1

Take a big cooking bowl and add some water, salt and boil it

Step 2

When water boils add the noodles and let it cook for minutes

Step 3

Mean while take a hot pan or wok and add the ghee and add the ginger, garlic, onion, bell pepper and salt and sautรฉ it for few minutes

Step 4

When noodles where done โ€˜al denteโ€™ drain the water and run some cool water on to cooked noodles

Step 5

Now in wok when the vegetables starts to soften add the sauces and sautรฉ and add the cooked noodles and sautรฉ it with a fork spoons until all the noodles grab the sauces

Step 6

Now finish of the dish by adding some chopped spring onions

Step 7

And your noodles are ready to eat enjoy the taste ๐Ÿ˜Š
