Ingredients: • 50 gm soya chunks, ground • 25 gm semolina or gram flour • 50 gm curd • 5 ml oil • 1/4 tsp baking soda • Salt, turmeric, and chat masala to taste
Instructions: . Mix all the ingredients together. . Add salt, turmeric, and chat masala to your taste. . Steam the mixture as you would for dhokla or idli. . Optionally, prepare a tadka of cumin (jeera), mustard seeds (rai), and curry leaves, and pour it over the dhokla. . Serve with mint chutney.
