Besan - 20gm
Veggies of your choice
Make batters - one with besan and half of the veggies, other with only egg whites . Heat a pan. . Add besan mixture. Flip it when it is cooked from side and pour half egg batter on the cooked side. Add / of the veggies . Flip it again and pour the rest of the egg batter and veggies. . Seasonings used : Salt, black pepper and oregano spice mix
