Yogita was amazing throughout my journey. She always motivated me and shared so much knowledge. She made changes to my diet whenever I needed and always considered my food preferences, especially since I am a pure vegetarian. Her weekly updates and knowledge sessions were super helpful. Working with her changed the way I think about food, what I eat and how much I eat. Slowly, it became a habit. I have lost over 5 kg and later built muscles at the same time. I feel stronger, fresher, and healthier. I also started walking 10k steps daily, which felt great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with Yogita. She is not only a great coach but also a kind and caring person. I truly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness ♥️

I can’t thank enough Yogita for her support and guidance throughout this journey which has helped in reducing the weight and overall inches, which seems impossible at the start of the plan.. as I am already 55 years old and had never followed any diet plan before… I was struggling with weight and other medical conditions like knee pain and out of range blood reports, but Yogita provided a diet plan that perfectly fit into my lifestyle without making lot of changes in the currently consumed food options, allowing me to cook meals for myself and my family, her workout plan is also easy to follow as I had no prior experience.. her weekly follow ups were specially helpful as she made sure I stayed on track and even adjusted the food items that I enjoy which resulted in not making any drastic changes..
