I’ve had fatty liver for almost 15 years because of my poor lifestyle habits. Along with that, my cholesterol and inflammation were also very high. Honestly, I had reached a point where I thought this is just how my health is going to be. Working with Vijay sir changed that completely. It wasn’t some extreme diet or crazy routine. It was the consistency, the regular check-ins, and the way he kept me accountable without making it feel like pressure. There were times I would slip, but he never judged, just guided me back on track. Slowly things started improving, and today all my major health markers are back to normal. That feeling is hard to explain. I still don’t have a six-pack 😄, but honestly, fixing what was going on inside matters way more to me. Really grateful for the support and guidance.
