I have stayed away from Yoga for years as my body is very inflexible. However, Varuna has been great about coming up with a routine every day that has modifications that I can do while slowly building my strength and flexibility. She is very encouraging throughout, corrects my form and answers all my questions.
I started taking Yoga personal training from Varuna in Dec’21. She started my training according to my requirement which was weight loss. She kept encouraging me to try difficult asanas and shared the importance of each asana as we were performing. Thanks to Varuna, My body has become much more flexible and my strength and stamina has also increased. She made it a point to remind me about the benefits of healthy diet and consistency in workouts.
Hello ! My name is Urvashi, and I started taking sessions from PT Varuna from past one month. After a month of exercises , yoga and pranayama , I am feeling more energetic, my body is now now more flexible and can see a inch loss around my abdomen.
