Tushar is an excellent personal trainer. He is very calm, friendly and empathetic. He is a very good listener. The best thing about him is that he will answer all your questions very patiently and explain the science behind it. He motivates you to do more and keeps track of your progress. Whether you are starting your fitness journey or looking for someone advance coaching tips, I would highly recommend Tushar as a PT.

Tushar is an amazing trainer. He helped me lose weight, gain strength, break PRs and motivated me in my weight loss journey. I was able to lose almost 15 kgs with the help of our training sessions. Tushar is patient, and will explain the science behind the exercises. He will ensure that you are not in pain and validate your posture during your workout. He is always on time, and is extremely respectful and easy to work with.

I had lower back issues, low body muscle and lots of work related travel but have been able to transform myself thanks to Tushar. Tushar is a wonderful coach - he is very knowledgeable, patient and disciplined. He always shows up on time and is very good at pushing you to achieve your goals. I trained with him for 9 months - I was travelling different cities because of my work but was able to consistent only because of his motivation and support. He also trained me to understand the exercises and be consistent so now I am able to train on my own.
