I joined Tina’s program weighing 79 kilos, and in just 1.5 months I’m down to 73.4 kilos. As a new mum, strict compliance with diet, walks, and other activities outside PT hasn’t always been possible, but Tina has been incredibly accommodating and understanding of my situation. Instead of instilling fear, Tina focuses on recovery and overall well-being. What has worked for me are her structured, high-quality workouts, excellent nutrition-based diet plans (never starvation), and daily positive affirmations — all of which have gone a long way in conditioning both mind and body. Tina’s eagle eye never misses a non-neutral spine; she immediately corrects form and posture. Her mantra is simple: quality reps over empty energy spending. While we celebrate progress on the scale, Tina looks at the bigger picture. She enables, educates, and motivates you to take ownership of your health and life — and the difference becomes visible before you even realize it.
Today feels so different. I woke up at 6, and by 8:30 all my work, prep, family time, and walk were already done. For the first time in a long time, I felt calm, productive, and genuinely happy. 🌿 I honestly can’t thank Tina Ma’am enough for this transformation. From being a very different person yesterday to becoming more disciplined, active, aware, and positive today — the change feels unreal. This journey is not just about workouts or weight loss. It’s about learning a completely new lifestyle. I’m learning the correct workout forms, understanding nutrition, becoming aware of calories and protein intake, and slowly building healthy habits that actually feel sustainable. Earlier, fitness always felt difficult and temporary to me. But now, for the first time, it feels enjoyable and empowering instead of stressful. What makes this journey even more special is the way Tina Ma’am teaches. She explains everything patiently, corrects forms properly, motivates constantly, and celebrates even the smallest wins. She creates such a positive environment that everyone genuinely looks forward to the sessions every day. The group energy has also played a huge role in my transformation. The challenges, daily motivation, habit-building, and consistency make the process exciting and help everyone grow together. One habit at a time, one day at a time, things slowly start changing naturally. Now I enjoy waking up early, planning my meals, completing workouts, going for walks, and taking care of myself. Along with physical changes, I can feel a huge mental shift within me too. It’s amazing how just one person’s presence can change so much about you — completely for the better. I would genuinely recommend this journey to everyone trying to build a healthier and happier lifestyle. And honestly, if I can do it, anyone can. Right now, I’m not chasing perfection. I’m trusting the process. I’m enjoying the process. And I’m truly loving every bit of it. ✨
Just one month in and I can already see why she is exceptional. She doesn't just train you — she educates you. Every exercise comes with a thorough explanation of which muscles are engaged, what correct form looks like, and how to coordinate your breathing. That attention to detail means you actually feel the workout working. On top of that, she keeps you accountable beyond the gym — motivating you to track your daily weight and diet so you always stay on track with your goals. She cares deeply about both your physical and mental health, brings incredible passion to every session, and makes the whole journey feel supported and enjoyable. I feel incredibly lucky to have her!
Tina is not just a coach; she’s someone who truly invests in you as a person. Her approach goes beyond workouts and diet. She focuses equally on mindset, consistency, and building sustainable habits. She also takes care of one’s mental well-being. She taught me how affirmations and positive energy work. She used to send daily morning affirmations, which helped me build the habit of starting my day on a positive note. She creates a space where you feel supported, understood, and motivated. Even on days when I wasn’t at my best, her encouragement kept me going. Despite my severe hormonal imbalance, thyroid, and PCOD issues, I was still able to lose 4–5 kgs along with some inch loss and body recomposition without even going on low calories. I could genuinely see her concern, as she would often go beyond the committed time to understand my problems and make me feel better. Tina explained that since the body is already dealing with so much, we shouldn’t put additional pressure on it by drastically reducing calories. Grateful for her guidance and the positive impact she has had on my journey. Truly respect the work she’s doing. ❤️
