I started my fttr program with Thushara 3 weeks back. Initially, in the first call, I told her about my health problems, and she designed a diet chart and exercise plan and shared with me, and every week, she checks the progress in the weekly call and ask is there any difficulty and makes modifications in diet or exercise if required. she understands the requirements and helps us achieve our transformation journey. she is very polite and knowledgeable. I enrolled with Thushara about a month ago. I was on heavy medication due to a medical condition for the last few years and was just out if it a few months ago. The medication left me with weight gain, knee pains, joint pains, less stamina etc. I only started the journey with fittr a few weeks ago. Thushara concentrated first on relieving my joint pains with minimal exercises. I could feel the difference. She made sure the diet is something I want to eat and adjusted a few times as I am understanding what suits me or not. There is still a lot more to go and I am sure I will get there with consistency and her guidance.
Thushara has been training me for past 3 months. Im very much impressed of her patience in dealing with the doubts and concerns throughout the journey. She responds quickly and makes sure we are comfortable with the diet and workout chart she provided. Most importantly she first enquires about our daily food routines and generates a plan which can go with it. Whenever i asked her to make changes in my workouts or diet she was happy to help. She is a true mentor and motivator thats the very reason i enrolled under her again for coming 3 months. Cant thank her enough for her guidance.
I’ve been working with my coach thushara for the past 3months, and I can’t recommend her enough! Her approach is personalized, motivating, and results-driven. She is easily approachable. She really takes the time to understand my body n goals and tailors each session to help me improve, whether it’s strength, endurance, or mobility. I’ve noticed major improvements in both my fitness level and confidence. She is so polite and very knowledgeable!!
