I’m really enjoying the strength training program. The workouts are challenging in a good way, and I can already feel myself getting stronger and more confident. Thank you for pushing me while also being supportive.
I’ve been training with Tawhid a while now, and I’m really happy with the experience. His workout styles are always different and creative, so sessions never feel boring or repetitive. He has excellent knowledge about fitness, workouts, and proper form, and he explains everything clearly. What I appreciate the most is his patience and encouragement. He always motivates me, adjusts workouts based on my comfort level, and makes me feel confident throughout the training. I’ve noticed great improvements in my strength, stamina, and overall fitness. Tawhid is a great personal trainer, I am very obese and had bad experiences in the past with personal trainers making me do too much or making it very hard. He started slowly with me but within 12 sessions I am happy with my progress. he is very observant of my posture, breathing etc and has a very encouraging attitude
