Surbhi has been an amazing fitness coach throughout my journey. She is very encouraging, patient, and always takes the time to understand my specific needs before recommending exercises and workout plans. Her personalized approach, positive attitude, and constant motivation have really helped me stay consistent and make progress. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring fitness coach.
I have been working out with Surabhi for two months now and it has been a fantastic journey so far. She is very attuned with your specific needs. Three changes I have seen so far - 1. I have seen a significant increase in my stamina; 2. My muscle mass has increased by 4 lbs; 3. My weight has reduced by 5 lbs. Apart from these fantastic results in just two months - Surabhi is very professional, she is always on time, never wastes a single min, is also very accommodating. I am really enjoying my workouts with her and look forward to continuing the journey. This has by far been my best experience on Fittr.
I’ve had an incredible experience training with Surbhi Chanana, and I can’t recommend her enough. I have been training with Surbhi for a month now, and it has been a great experience thus far. We didn't miss a single session, and she is always on time. We started slow and easy and then gradually picked up pace, introducing new exercises and routines. I already feel an improvement in my strength, and lost about 2 Kgs and 12 inches in 4 weeks. From someone who doesn't quite enjoy strength training, I now look forward to my sessions! So much so that I renewed my training with Surbhi for 3 more months.
