Soham is a great coach along with a great human being. With her guidance I lost 14kg. I started my journey when I m 9months postpartum and my weight was 84kg. Now after 7months I lost 14kg with all her support and guidance. I used to WhatsApp her at any time whenever I feel confused and she used to answer my all doubts. Thanks Soham 😍

Soham is a ray of sunshine! I look forward to speaking with her every week. She understands and easily helps me adapt to changing scenarios. She explains what is required and why it should be done. She is very solution oriented and keeps me motivated. She always is so prompt in answering my questions on WhatsApp and that is much appreciated especially because of the time difference. Most importantly, she cares about my well being, progress and how best she can support me through this journey. It’s been a challenging journey but she has been with me every step of the way. One of the best decisions I made was signing up for fittr under coach Sohamjita Roy. I was struggling with excess post partum weight which was just not budging. I knew I needed someone to guide me with the nutrition aspect mainly and am super happy I got Soham as my coach. I’ve always been skeptical about coaches as I’ve not had much of a good experience before. Soham has been so approachable , positive, motivating , flexible and super responsive! I have tried other programs but no one has ever been this responsive and involved. She tailored the program to my medical needs as well and kept motivating me. She knows when to push you and when to let you rest. She was honestly just a message away to clear any doubts and to provide her insights. I have lost around 4-5 kgs in 3 months which for me is huge as I have been trying actively for the last year and a half to do the same! I feel stronger and fitter with better energy levels and more confident as well. My clothes also fit better:) I would really really like to thank her as she has been amazing and when I sign up again it will definately be under her guidance. Thank you so much Soham for guiding me through this journey( which is not over). I’m sure we can achieve much more together! I would definately recommend her as a coach to anyone signing up.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Sohamjita Roy for her exceptional guidance and support throughout my weight loss and fitness journey. Her personalized approach, daily updates, and goal-setting have been instrumental in my progress. There were a lot of roadblocks initially owing to inherent problems of online communication. Though it was a difficult phase initially as she could not gauge my physical ability or agility and how much of physical endurance I can tolerate within and outside my comfort zone. As we developed a rapport and gave sufficient time to each other, she understood how my body functions, reacts, responds, she took good control, and we started getting results. I particularly appreciate her keen eye for identifying problem areas and providing practical solutions. Her ability to balance strictness with flexibility, especially during my travels, has been invaluable. Her encouragement and understanding have kept me motivated, even during challenging times. I’m also grateful for our discussions about protein supplements. While she provided valuable information and references, she ultimately respected my inclination towards a nutrition-based approach. Her flexibility and understanding in adjusting my protein intake plan have been commendable. Additionally, I want to acknowledge the extra effort she put into tailoring the workout program to accommodate my busy schedule, my age, my physical ability/ endurance level, and my travels for conferences and study events. I have just lost fat to reach 54 kg and it's an ongoing journey and I will soon enter a maintenance phase. Her dedication to ensuring my adherence to the program, even with time constraints, has been truly impressive. When things were not going right, she asked for daily updates about my diet in its utmost details and step count and workout details and reviewing it daily and reprimanding when necessary in most gentle way. I'm truly impressed by her dedication to my well-being.
