I am very thankful to my wonderful FITTR coach Sindhu Prakash for giving me a well balanced, simple, sustainable diet and fitness plan that helped me enjoy my fitness journey. Sindhu is very patient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, compassionate coach who understood my weight loss issues. I am incredibly grateful to my coach Sindhu, who has been supportive from the start and continues to motivate me on my fitness journey. Sindhu has made me more mindful of my dietary choices and has encouraged me to work out regularly, something I had never done before joining FITTR. I didn't realize I had Diastasis Recti until my coach identified it, and she quickly tailored my exercises to address this condition. As a result, I've seen significant improvements in my abdominal area. My initial goal was to reduce belly fat, and the Diastasis Recti exercises combined with the diet plan crafted by my coach have been highly effective. Even when I faced health challenges, my coach remained patient and supportive. This lifestyle change has also improved my sleep routine and boosted my overall confidence. I've started going to the gym regularly, exploring various exercises and group classes, and I've even taken up swimming. My coach encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try new things. Today, I feel happy, healthy, energetic, and confident.
